 Design and technology

We were investigating the bower bird that lives in Australia and also Papua New Guinea  It is a very interesting bird. The male has a good voice and good dance too. The male spends 2 years to make the bower on the ground (nest). He collects colourful material to decorate so as to attract the female. This picture is showing when we made the bower out of straw, cardboard, sticks and glue.  We used colour paper, paints, newspaper and glue. My bower looks tall and we made a fence and it has gate also. I am happy with my bower bird house. Yejin

Our class made animals inspired by artist, Robin Wood's. My group made a monkey. There was a challenge for each animal and my monkey had to hang on the wire and it works. Gaby

IB Evaluator
When I was being ''interrogated'' from Ms. Halani I was using all my best knowledge to impress her  persuasively/diplomatically. I got  some feedback from her side.

 Caring
Gaby was being caring to Yejin because she doesn't understand her English homework.I like to help my friends if they need help in class.   Tama
